I have been working at DBS Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

One positive point here. Slavery and submissive. If you wanted to be a submissive for your whole life you can work for this company

    Cons

If you join in this company you should work as a slave. No weekends. you have to sacrifice your life to the company. You can literally forget your family.

I seldom see my famiy. Almost for the last 6 months, I hardly talk with my wife, because they always say that you work only this weekend Many weekends pass.

But even though if you apply for planned leave pretty much before, they will not approve.

All Management are stupids There is no work culture at all.

I have been working at DBS Bank as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Big name in Singapore. Nothing else

    Cons

Typical asian company with no clear line of responsibility. All are about politics. Same kind of work and result can be good at one time and bad at other time. Only people with good sense of politic can survive and get higher position, not for the one doing the real work.

    Advice to Management

Please look at Technology department, especially network group. It's a big mess!!!
