Always clean and wipe down everything before you start to work . Wash your food off before you start, cut items or Stack your items neatly so they would not fall down and not hurt others. Cook and label your food at the right time.

Remember to throw out stuff that may have been in the refrigerator to long and may cause a odor.

- For a non-profit the pay and benefits are pretty good. - For the most part loved everyone I worked with.

- Pay should be better for the folks working in the kitchen who are carrying the weight of this organization on their backs. - Certain members of the c suite and directors should be more in tune to the other social issues affecting the communities DCCK serves, especially the CEO. - Too focused on pleasing donors.
