I worked at DCH Auto Group

    Pros

Great company to work for. They provided professional training from outside training company and we had daily training meetings with our general sales manger.

    Cons

No real cons regarding DCH - car sales in general is a highly competitive business and like anyplace the harder you work, the more the reward

I worked at DCH Auto Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Many dealerships throughout nj and ny.

    Cons

Management moves around constantly. I worked for DCH for five years. In five years I had three different GMs and seven different GSMs. Worst part is renogotiating your salary and schedule every time this happens. I loved my job but needed more stability as far as money, schedule and comissions. I am at a family owned dealer now two years and counting and they have been consistant with everything.

    Advice to Management

Stop moving the managers around as much. Make sure they are quAlified before hiring. Also, just because you are a great closer it doesn't make you a great manager. Managing a group of salesmen is not an easy task. Closers and managers should be separate.
