      Disapproves of CEO

I worked at DCH Brunswick Toyota full-time

      Pros

The Toyota brand, it sells itself, one great desk manager , beautiful showroom that looks more like a cafe than a real showroom floor , service department equally as attractive

      Cons

Manager with the longest uninterrupted tenure is positive and by now would make a great GM, rest are more concern with their social life, what to eat for lunch and etc. they can't even close a door unless giving away, you know what I mean if you do any selling. No chance for growth, poor pay plan, they hold you to a little bonus based on a csi measure , elsewhere industry wide you get this as a percentage of F&I sales,...

      Advice to Management

Do random drug test on the spot you would be cleaning house here from top to bottom, seriously. Promote base on merit, performance, pay all your employees well sales department, service managers etc. Share the wealth, that is motivation enough.

      Recommends

I worked at DCH Brunswick Toyota full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Discount for car services and parts. Also, everyone is pretty friendly.

      Cons

After being offered a position as Service Coordinator, the position was taken away and service appointments were coordinator through an outside contractor company. Making many issues with service appointments and communication between service coordinator and advisors.

      Advice to Management

I would just say do not hire someone for a position to then remove the position considering they did it more than once.
