    I worked at DCI full-time

    Pros

Nice benefits, good to have if needed

    Cons

I worked for Dialysis clinic for only 3 months, their preceptor had a chip on her shoulder and didn't want to train, when I confronted the manager about that, I was set up to be fired, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, management is awful!!!!

    Advice to Management

Management should listen to the complaints of the employees and maybe DCI wouldn't need to hire so much. Big turnover, lot of gossiping. A big 0 in my book

    Pros

Great place for hands-on real life experience where you can create your own destiny based on your ability to add value and be flexible.

Older company undergoing major change with some more negative legacy employees mired in what was or what used to be. Understandably, change is hard for a successful company but also lots of opportunity if you are smart.

    Advice to Management

Stay positive and nimble and stay connected to the workers communicating the changes and opportunities in front of us.
