Pros

I've worked in DCSL for more than three years and I can say it's been an amazing experience. I had the luck to work in a friendly and multicultural environment with lots of talented developers, where everyone was really keen to help each other. The Company uses Cutting Edge technologies and who wants to learn new skills and prove himself on new techs is always encouraged. Pizza Fridays and Social Events are also... a plus. One of the main pro of the company though is the people, the environment is very friendly and Nick and Emily, the owners, are amazing and approachable people, often going the extra mile, when they can, to meet employees needs also on a personal level, which makes the difference especially for people moving over from abroad.

The company is growing fast and pressure can be high sometimes.

Pros

My impression so far - It's the best I've seen in my 12+ years career. All qualities which employee can appreciate are maintained on high level: - high chance for promotion, as company is growing fast; - management overhead is on acceptable level; - a big demand for using latest technologies; - friendly atmosphere in multicultural team; - management tries to give feedback for your concerns, being decent... and honest.

Pros

I've been with the company for 4 .5 years now and can honestly say it's the best software company I've worked for. The sheer variety of different projects I've worked on is very refreshing, having previously worked in specific industry sectors. What is also great is that we don't stand still with our tech stack. Currently we use .NET Core and vue.js amongst other technologies, but this is constantly reviewed.... It's also without a doubt the friendliest company I've ever worked for, there's a great internal culture built around knowledge sharing and some excellent and regular social events. Since I joined we've transitioned to a fully agile company, that is constantly evolving to be the best not only for our clients, but all our employees.

Pace of change and delivery can be hard to manage at times, but ultimately change happens for good reasons.

It's a growing company and as such has the pains of needing new staff and introducing more structured processes.

It's a very nice place to work: Great atmosphere. Cutting-edge technologies. Possibilities of learning: certifications, seminars, ...; and possibilities to scale up within the company. Regular social events. Great offices.

The company is very busy and there are moments when the pressure is high which can be bad at times.

Excellent working atmosphere in which communication is encouraged and work life balance is achieved. Staff at all levels including management are approachable and knowledgeable. The HR director is supportive. There is a great variety of excellent professionals from all walks of lives and cultural background. I have never felt more at home.

Cons

I can't think of anything important worth bringing to attention.

This is a really nice place to work because the people are very supportive, cheerful and friendly; the place is also located in a well-placed area, near to many commodities
