    Pros

Mudra fosters a healthy growth oriented environment. Facilitates open communication between management and employees. Is bound by interpersonal relationships

    Cons

Like any agency, here too you have to put in long hours. The HR department isn't as efficient and forthcoming as it should be which leaves employees disgruntled.

    Advice to Management

Get HR to focus more on employee welfare and general well being, happy employees build successful happy companies

    Positive Outlook

I worked at DDB Mudra full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It was pure delight working at the DDB Mudra Mumbai office. Co-workers and staff in general are affable. helpful and encouraging. The work itself presents challenges by bucketloads and is inspirational.

    Cons

There's not much downside to the work climate and ethics. This place is a melting pot of gender, class and generational diversities that seem to balance the work scales.

    Advice to Management

The HR and team leadership, guys you better pull up your socks if you want to attract Ivy-league talent and step up measures to retain them. Don't let great blokes walk out the door for frivolous reasons.
