Most of the times, if you do an excellent job you are let alone. This, in a company that has so many cons is a big achievement!
Low salaries, no benefits at all
Micromanagment, CEO always thinks everybody is wasting time or stealing.
No recognition for loyalty or good preformance.
No training, employees are expected to learn on their own and even find the tools needed to accomplish.
No role boundaries, everyone's expected to do everything.
Advice to Management
Give a humanely treat and fair salary to employees. LET THEM DO their job :-)
