I have been working at DFC Global full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Not sure they are many anymore. Compensation average, vacation time sub-par, benefits below average.

    People are pretty nice.

    Cons

Too many layoffs. Seems like every month there are a couple more gone. Three let go just yesterday, a few more a month before.
The future model is to outsource everything.
Don't expect a long term position if you are interviewing .

    Advice to Management

Don't claim the need to cut staff due to budgets, yet continue to:
Have catered lunches for well- heeled upper management and over paid consulting firms.

Travel across country for a one day meeting

Hire consultants who don't know the business
