I worked at DFS Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

DFS prides itself as a world-class luxury retailer for the traveling consumer. The employees treat each other like family and give great customer service.

    Cons

Being a travel merchant it never closes for the holidays. Also, because the business relies on the traveling customer there are times where slowness of the tourism industry may lead to cutbacks on employee work hours.

    Advice to Management

Your employees are your greatest assets.
