    - My boss is incapable to lead the team
     - not adapt to market trend and the direction is unclear - too late to change and not focus on local customers in downtown stores.
     - not enough staff benefits comparing to other international groups.

    Advice to Management

I worked at DFS Group full-time

    Pros

-fast-paced and ability to build portfolio in a short period of time
-plenty of great team players and filled with different people, gives you the opportunity to handle different situations and personalities

    Cons

-location is run rampant with office politics and many under qualified players
-management is pulled in many different directions and communication isn't effective

    Advice to Management

better training for your management and sales associate teams. a proper orientation and onboarding process needs to be installed for the associates and management team members. a better, more solidified goal for your management and company to give your associates a clear picture of your company expectations. time here was filled with many different personalities with many different messages. can be confusing to the team.

    Pros

Your coworkers. Nothing more at all

    Cons

You work awful hours, get paid nothing, you ate responsible for everything and get no recognition.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention who the real managers are. Team leads interact with associates and customers all day long. Yet we have the worst hours, the worst pay, and are never recognized for any of it.

I worked at DFS Group (Less than a year)

    Pros

Friendly people, very supportive and low levels of disagreements. CEO even gave business updates to interns!

    Cons

Slow pace of work, traditional mindset. Though being curious is a company value, staff don't seem to be interested to experiment and fail. Lack or risk taking initiatives and lagging behind the industry in general. Does not attract the best available talent, not even at the 2nd tier.

    Advice to Management

Make sure the top management are not from 3rd generation retailers with a traditional mindset about retail.
