    Pros

I had the best manager hands down --she was able to leverage my strengths and opportunities. Very inspiring leader and am lucky to have had the chance to work for her. Company overall puts importance on their people and does a great job recognizing hard work. Allows good work/life balance.

    Cons

Takes a long time to make decisions. Does not adapt to the changing consumer market quickly.

    Advice to Management

Continue honoring your people! Continue investing in them but also know when to cut ties. A lot of tenured associates who should not be working there.
