I have been working at DFW Consultants

    Pros

They have set up an atmosphere for you to succeed and continually push you to do so. The people are great and the opportunity for advancement is huge.

    Cons

You definitely have to be motivated (not for people looking to glide).

    Advice to Management

Not much. With their training program, team mentality and awesome business trips the company is a pretty well oiled machine. If there was one thing it would be to attract more people to the team.

I worked at DFW Consultants for more than a year

    Pros

flexible, can be fun at times at the morning meetings

    Cons

since it's commission, didn't get paid for the many hours I spent trying to make a sale.

    Advice to Management

Would like to see some kind of compensation for the amount of hours spent on the streets even if I wasn't able to make a sale.

I worked at DFW Consultants part-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

The company's management training program was very beneficial to personal and professional growth. It was great experience with direct marketing and B2B sales.

    Cons

The pay was based on commission (which normally did not amount to a great paycheck), and there was a lot of traveling involved during these long hours.

    I worked at DFW Consultants

    Pros

If you don't enjoy making money, don't enjoy getting compensated correctly, and has a lot of time to waste to walk for 8-10 hours 6 days a week, then these are pro's for you.

    Cons

They WILL steal your money & not give you your full paychecks, the days are very long to maybe make some money. Good luck trying to move up, it wont happen in the timeframe on that pretty little sheet they give you. in fact, anything they tell you is a LIE!

    Advice to Management

Jason Ward & Amanda Bush and any other "Manager" ever, they are not paying you fully. They are stealing from your checks and blaming it on YOU for not getting a good sale! do not do not, run away, its a SCAM, so sad. This was the worst 3 months of my life, went into so much credit card debt seeing how you dont initially get paid for like 2 months hahaha. SCAM!

I worked at DFW Consultants full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The entire experience was poor. I honestly have nothing positive to share. I guess the flatulent office canine was a bit amusing however extremely unprofessional.

    Cons

Initially the interview process seemed to go well however; a harsh reality was forthcoming as the job title, job expectations, compensation, job progression, training, and office atmosphere details provided during the interviews were completely erroneous. After accepting a position in the management training program it became apparent rather quickly that the interview process was just another sales pitch for Mass Visions....

    Advice to Management

Be candid about the employment opportunity and respect the candidates you interview. Avoid making promises you do not intent to keep. Refrain from using the interview process as an opportunity to practice your sales pitch and incorporate that practice in an actual training program. Lastly, remove the offensive and profane language from all business meetings. Conducting yourself in an unprofessional manner...

I have been working at DFW Consultants

    Pros

The job is in sales and speaking to clients so if you are personable there is no reason why you should not thrive. Pretty sure there is also commission involved with sales

    Cons

Have not had any cons to discuss , have not had a negative experience in dealing with this company

I have been working at DFW Consultants full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Perfect job for an intern since internships don't pay anyways. Environment is young and exciting but they keep it that way for the high turnover. You learn a lot of marketing principles hopefully that transfer to a real career.

    Cons

Not designed for a career. Door to door sales job. They tell you you are an independent contractor just so they don't have to pay you salary (look up the real meaning of independent contractor).

    Advice to Management

    You suck. #jward #jmanchuck
