    Positive Outlook

I have been working at DHG full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

One of my favorite things about DHG has been the people and the culture they try to instill in their employees. They invest in their employees and make an effort to develop well rounded individuals.

    Cons

Certain regions might require associates to work multiple industries in order to stay utilized and associates can find themselves struggling to meet their utilization goals.

    Advice to Management

My only advice to management would be an effort to recruit and bring in stronger managers for key business areas. Complacent and/or resigned leadership can instill an negative workplace environment.
