I worked at DHG full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

They provide a lot of CPE to new and existing staff. Most employees below manager level are fun to work with. You sometimes have the ability to work from home depending on the time of year.

      Cons

Management consistently tries to operate at a minimum staffing level to maximize profits. I worked at DHG

      Pros

Clients and your coworkers are awesome. Clients generally need some tidying up on the accounting side, but are overall very good.

      Cons

Partners can't make decisions, lack of communication, no transparency into decisions, "bookends" on pay...supposedly.

      Advice to Management

Move to local management, give partners actual authority and decision-making abilities
