    Pros

    The only thing I liked is that you practically get tv service for free!

    Cons

    Management was the worst I have ever encountered. They only like to pick their favorites and expect only everyone else to follow the rules.

    Be fair with everyone

    Run your own ship, if it sinks, as the captain take fault.

    No where to get a decent lunch out there.

    Try implementing team building activities rather than showcases and free ice cream.

    Decent pay and benefits. Friendly atmosphere. They are always willing to work with you on your schedule. If you dress nice and act like you want to be there it is very easy to get promoted.

    Schedules change rapidly. Grumpy customers. Management is a little too religious and like ls to preach at you

    Be less judgy
