    Pros

    Work alone-no one looking over my shoulder -independence-freedom the ability to have a flexible work schedule when you need it

    Cons

    Too many rules -call backs-wait for pay -have to wait 30 days for 1st check & then they hold back certain amount to give back to you after you leave

    Good base pay and decent commission options (when owned by directv)
    Training easy and gave knowledge needed
    Fun
    good benefits

    Cons

    Like all customer service jobs, sometimes you get upset customers
    sometimes it seems like slamming customers into upgrades
    mandatory OT and some weekends
