    Pros

    I have worked for dish for over 5 years and have loved it. Dish makes sure that you are well prepared for any task or position you take on. We have an amazing support team from our peers to higher ups such as coaches and mangers. I love that we do feel like a family, even working from home. When we went to WAH it was a huge change but after some time I saw that Dish did not really change, it still felt like a big family. The last thing I want to touch on with Dish is how inclusive they are. I am part of the LGBTQ+ and when I came out everyone I worked with made me feel nothing but accepted and that is still true today. I do not feel like I have to hide that part of my life, and I will also be great to Dish For this. It is so amazing that our company has our Out At Dish group and that the celebrate who we are. Thank you so much for this.

    Cons

    Dish is a great company but I feel like communication could be better. A great example is when PTO time changed and out first 40 hours become PPT and that we would not be able to borrow time anymore. I feel like things like this could be communicated better with agents to give them a heads up, another example is takedowns. Takedowns are something everyone in the Company dreads it sometimes feels like they are just sprung on us even through information has been given about this to other departments in advance. I feel like information that effects our Jobs should be given to us when it comes available.
