    Pros

Upbeat and always changing environment to work in. Growth opportunities if you are willing to put forth the effort.

    Cons

Compensation. Aside from that I will not comment on anything negative until I have seen all operations of the company. It is easy to talk bad about a company. All company's have a downside and that is the negativity of employees. If you can run a company to the degree of perfection than maybe you should not be working for someone else. Do yourself a favor, If you do not like this company than you should leave.

    Advice to Management

Keep your minds evolving. You are constantly changing the way things are done with the determination you should. Some Ideas may not work as well as you had wanted but forget that one and move on to the next.

    Pros

Location - Good Comute Time, Easy interview process and fast hiring call back response

    Cons

Over 700 employees, sometimes hard to be heard for new ideas coming from the customer service area.

    Advice to Management

Peer Review, and upward management review system needs to be in place.

    Pros

The opportunity for improvement and growth is there. Feedback on your work so you know how to improve. Good starter job.

    Cons

Constant schedule changes. Mandatory overtime. The pay is good to start for an entry level job, but as you gain experience it's probably better to take that experience and get another job somewhere else and get better pay.

    Advice to Management

The hiring process is there for the management, however, in the McKeesport center at the end of all of our careers it seemed to be a popularity contest with the GM.

    Pros

This is a good company to work for because they are leading the way in Technology and Price. Easy to sell and good pay. Usually you are not Micromanaged but sometimes you have to account for every hour in the day.

    Cons

No benefits packace, comparing to my previous employer this is a bad comp plan for benefits.

    Advice to Management

Look for other options as far as health insurance for your employees.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Positive atmosphere, with development to move on to the next opportunity. I have enjoyed personal growth, even after I had created my own attendance issue. I was given the feedback of what needed to be done, a clear expectation with consequence for failure to meet.

    Cons

If your not flexible this employer is not a good fit. The industry seems to change frequently with high demands and expectations of employees, both hourly and salary.
Benefits could be better, its costly, with an unreal deductible.
Unexpected mandatory overtime, can cause hardship, without much concern to the employee, which seems to effect all levels of employment.

    Advice to Management

Operation managers seem to get it for the most part, and work to make things better. The site director would do well to recall the good things, and stop focusing the negative. Negativity only results in more negative. While the director tries to be a positive influence on everyone, he usually falls short by losing site of what he had set out to do.

    Pros

    Good Benefits.
Overall positive attitude towards success and becoming "best in class."
    Very professional overall feel.
Safety is one of the up most priorities of the company.

    Cons

Local management mostly ignorant towards what happens in the field as an installer, thus leading to many misunderstandings and concerns.
Extreme low tolerance (equivalent to termination) to some of the most minute misconduct.

    Advice to Management

Become a technician first. This cannot, obviously, be possible for many cases. But trying to force on-the-spot rules regarding what technicians do, without prior field work, can become overly redundant.

    Cons

No sick pay for 2 years, mandatory overtime, work life balance is a challenge. constant policy changes, and of course angry customers.

    Advice to Management

Do a better job scheduling your employees so they will not have so much mandatory overtime. Find a way to simplify your billing.

    Pros

Good compensation, good if you like to sit all day and talk to people on the phone. SENIOR management is great, Jr. management is hit and miss, mostly good and fair, some duds though!

    Cons

NOT a good fit if you like or are used to moving around during your shift. Sit at a cubicle and talk on the phone all day.

    Advice to Management

Keep an eye on Jr. management-there is one obvious dud everyone complains about but he's still there a couple of years later. All in all: Good job!
