I have been working at DISH full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Freedom of being out and about. Lunch can be eaten where you'd like. Travel for promotions every 3-6mos. Paid everything. If you're a people person you get to interact with lots of people. Uniforms and tools are of high quality. Promotions rely solely within yourself. If you sell high, "award perks" can be bountiful.

    Cons

Unpredictable end of day times. Can get off from 4pm to 9pm. Systems are always undergoing updates or changes that make for frustrating days and long hours. Sales are a must

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. I'm fortunate to have a wicked team.

I have been working at DISH full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I've been working here for long time, had a lot of supervisors and some were really good. I was happy with my team. I'm still excited for my job, but when I get asked to go to roundtable session with personnel, my comment are ignored.

    Cons

Nothing really. My schedule is really good and I like my co workers and my supervisor is OK to me. I wish for more honest personnel. I wish for better insurance and more than 2 vacation days at a day.

    Advice to Management

HR personnel need to look for positive not negative only. When I in group round table, I say about all the good things they do but the personnel ladies only care about negative lies. They write down all the really mean things, mostly of all of it gossip lies about there supervisors. Then I and two others make good comments. Guess what? Not writing it down. I ask this and they want to know where to do investigation. Short personnel lady is not someone I trust and very sneaky. You ask me and other 8 9 10 year employees what's wrong of course your getting gossip and lies! Let me tell you what's good so they can keep doing it and please write it down! They say these are reported to the bosses of the managers here we'll maybe write down some things good for a change!
