I worked at DISYS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Base salary, my team I hired.

    Cons

Actual earnings, including commissions and bonuses. 80-100% turn-over year over year. Senior Management (CEO) is incredibly capricious. Company was struggling how to deliver on its new strategies after its heydays of Technical Staffing ended.

    Advice to Management

With 100% sincerity, in my 20 years of experience working with more than 6 companies, this one was by far and away the most unstable and unpleasant to work for, and I am only posting this review to help other professionals avoid the mistake I made -- joining your company. My advice to you is ask yourself why is there 80-100% turnover, and why did your company lose a lot its revenue in a short amount of time, and then look in the mirror and wonder if the problem is actually you, not the people you are continuously hiring then firing. I would also advise you to not hire people away from other jobs like you did me. I highly regret the day I ever left my previous job to join your company, especially now knowing that you cut so many of my peers, including my predecessors - I would not have taken this job knowing what I know now for even 2x what I was offered.

I have been working at DISYS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

the organization of the onboarding process is top notch and designed to have you immediately hit the ground running with all the tools to help you do so.

    Cons

Some miscommunication regarding starting salary and other benefits. (What I was initially told was different from what actual offering ended up being)

    Advice to Management

I would make sure that all offerings are in writing during the interview process to avoid what I experienced.

I have been working at DISYS full-time

    Pros

I was fortunate enough to work with Alyssa Morelock for the recruiting process! She did a great job of staying in touch with me throughout the whole interview process, which took about 2-3 weeks. They have an extensive screening process that requires patience and continuous follow up but the outcome is rewarding if you get to join the DISYS team!

    Cons

I am a new employee and have not had a Con at this point! Keep it up!

I have been working at DISYS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was recruited by Kristine Diamonti and she was exceptional! She was very professional, had a great follow up process, gave me detailed information on what to expect by working at Disys.

    Cons

Just started working at Disys, at this moment I do not have any cons.

    Advice to Management

I believe the training process can be more structured but besides that I do not have enough time at Disys to provide more feedback.

I have been working at DISYS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Honestly, none that I can think of.

    Cons

I work for DISYS as a contractor at a large corporation (name withheld intentionally). The management at DISYS is the worst I have ever experienced. Any concerns I bring up fall into the hands of people that don't have the authority to act. Every email or call to upper management is usually returned with an out of office message (assuming vacations). Good work is not recognized, raises and bonuses need to be fought for, and despite the fighting for it, I have not received any yet (been here over 1 year). No 401k, terrible number of PTO days (5 days, which includes sick days). I believe this company only exists so major companies can justify not paying as much for employee benefits, and to also be the scapegoat for the reasons employees don't receive cost of living raises and bonuses. I do not recommend employment through this company, or if you're a business considering using them, steer clear of them, unless you want a revolving door of contractors.

    Advice to Management

Be more attentive to your employees needs. It is disheartening when concerns are risen with no actionable response, especially when the only response is effectively "We're on vacation". Add a simple 401k retirement plan and increase the number of default PTO days. Conduct quarterly, semi annual, or annual reviews of your contractors including businesses they work at to assess bonus/raise schedules.

I worked at DISYS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great FootPrint and Story to tell clients...which sold me. Lots of offices that are empty!

    Cons

Shady company, didnt pay my last check upon departure (file wage complaint) and HR is non existent.

    Advice to Management

In the world of staffing when everyone is growing and you are not....time to rethink your position.
