I worked at DJS Associates full-time

    Pros

Monday through Friday job, Small gym, own office

    Cons

Same duties over and over again. Too many family friends work here, which is to their benefit. They are able to get away with things others are reprimanded for. A lot of too faced workers, so be careful who you talk to. You’re micromanaged. Low pay. Not flexible. Poor work life balance. Little vacation. A lot of attitude amongst employees.

I worked at DJS Associates full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Could be a great place to work if they had an actual HR person with people skills.

    Cons

They do not value thier employees as a whole they only value the ones that they like. The people that bring in the most money are not held accountable at all.
