    Pros

    Friendly environment to work, great space all around. Great working hours! I fell supported all the way through, with open doors to progression. Where coming to work is easy.

    Haven't seen any negative aspects so far .

    All members of the management team are very knowledgeable and approachable. Members of staff are given their own desk and workstation which is very clean and well maintained. Facilities are of a very high standard and this helps provide a great working environment.       Communication in my point of view is sometimes the companies downfall. Managers boast of amazing transparency and communication whether that is from Managers to call centre or between departments but i think this fails more frequently than realised but i think this is without realization. A lot of stuff is consistently happening within the office (good and bad) which is not vocalized as it should be to the correct thing...

      Stay down to earth and transparent and as we grow try not to forget that every employee counts and are not just numbers on the payroll. Keep bringing a positive vibe and attitude every morning which encourages everyone to reflect this around the office and onto themselves and their work.

      Pros

      Such a friendly, caring atmosphere where everyone is so involved. The training was great, the support is wonderful and the way you are looked after and treated on a personal level is really exciting. The company itself is so well driven, great software and makes the role truly something special. I hope I never need to work anywhere else.

      There aren't any apart from when it gets a bit chilly!!
