    I worked at DKNY part-time

    Pros

The people working there were great. Love to work there. Awesome vibe.

    Cons

Working there wasn’t bad. I just hope the manager would understand a little more. they talk about other employees a lot.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be. I hope they are very understanding. Yes I had call off like three time out of all the days I’ve work there. But they knew how busy my schedule was and I was only able to work a certain time. I was and still am going to school plus with a other job. So I had two job while going to school. They didn’t really understand that. They also stop putting me on the schedule when I clearly haven’t done anything wrong. By law they are supposed to at least put me on the schedule one time a week but they didn’t. Plus never told me they were going to let me go or even give me a letter, telling me that they were letting me go. It just show who they really are. It just show how unprofessional they are. They only favor people they like also.

I worked at DKNY full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They give an excess of work to you that is not within your role. That can be great when gaining experience and looks impressive on your resume.
    Health care benefits are good.

    Cons

There have been rebrandings, an acquisition, constant changes in leadership that continue to get worse. The brand can't figure out what they are doing and have zero transparency until the last minute.
Pay is LAUGHABLE. Not competitive with the market. I do not think they have taken inflation into consideration since the 90s?
    PTO is poor.
No growth opportunities and no plan in place to foster growth. Forcing talent to be hired away.
The culture is toxic and hostile. Starts at the executive level and trickles down.
    Leadership is non existent.
THEY NEVER HEARD OF WORK LIFE BALANCE
No one is happy at the company and execs don't care about the employees.

    Advice to Management

Times have changed, get with it.

    "New ownership is horrendous."

    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

None. There aren't any whatsoever. Only my team is amazing. But we've been together many years. It's the only thing that is good here. Other than that- not much to say.

    Cons

New ownership is awful. Ownership yells at upper management like they are children- (like in your face tell). Crazy town.

    Advice to Management

Dump your plan according to whatever slave ship you operated in the past. Bottom dollar is the only concern. Everything sucks here- insurance- days off, everything.

I have been working at DKNY full-time

    Pros

If you desire a laid back atmosphere this the place for you.

    Cons

Poor Leadership, Management does not seem to care about the welling being of their employees and are simply worried about the bottom dollar, some of the companies in store operating procedures are about cutting corners, and poses a significant LP risk.

    Advice to Management

The most important asset of your company is the employee; treat them as such. Put aside your preconceived notions of someone based on the color of their skin.

I have been working at DKNY full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's like a family! Never felt more appreciated and valued. Tons of opportunity for personal growth. Great place to kickstart a young career.

    Cons

Not very organized. Takes a very long time to fill open positions. New management doesn't seem to value employees like the old one did.

I worked at DKNY full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    some good upper management,

    Cons

Donna Karan herself left in 2015, new direction and outlook has not been very good, lack of growth opportunities or good benefits

    Advice to Management

Cultivate good employees instead of basically leaving a lot of people out to dry before they eventually jump ship after years of employment
