      Pros

I have worked for DMA for around two years now. This is one of the few places I've found where hard work pays off. Yes, It's commission - which is great if you're actually a person that works hard and doesn't just put it on paper. I also love the training I've received over the years. If you like getting comfortable, find a different job; the training will push your comfort zones constantly. I feel like I have grown so much as a person and in performance over these last two years. Wouldn't change it.

      Cons

You have to work hard to move forward (crazy?) You have to practice to get good at the skills (weird? ) You have to build relationships and spend time outside the office to gain trust and assets for networking. (Nuts?)

        Pros

The work environment is great! Make genuine and lasting friendships. After working at this company for over a year, I gained experience in so many different roles that I wouldn't have gained otherwise. Learned sales, marketing, training, interviewing, public speaking, networking...etc....I gained a lot of confidence in myself.

        Cons

It takes hard work and dedication! Not a job for people that are looking to coast. In order to improve, you do have to dedicate time outside of the office which can cut down in personal life.

Hello, does anyone know of Susan Riedel because she is my hiring manager and said I received the position although has not responded in a day. Is she employed at this company or is this a job scam?

hey guys, i’m an early career professional and I recently interviewed for an entry level role in procurement. is it a red flag if it was hinted / mentioned a few times during the interviews that the role will be stressful? 🥲 I haven’t done much interviewing as I’m pretty fresh in my career so for them to explicitly mention it will be stressful was a first
