I worked at DNI Properties full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wide range of tasks that played right into what I enjoy/excel in.

    Cons

Constant bombardment from homeowners and upper management critiquing your work. Thankless job.

    Advice to Management

    1) Improve communication and working together between upper levels of the company and lower levels. Most employees feel as if the upper managment is too busy for their needs/concerns.
    2) Increase pay and benefits to make employees feel more appreciated. Your salaries are some of the lowest in the industry, and your managers have larger portfolios than most of your competitors.
    3) Stop acting like everything is a secret and taking about your employees behind their backs...it doesn't make anyone feel safe when abruptly one day the HR manager comes by and tells their coworker to pack their things with no notice or inclination beforehand.
    4) Promote from within! You have a wealth of talent in the lower ranks of the company, however whenever someone quits, a new person is hired from outside to fill their position! Why gloss over the CSC's? They have experience, and are already familiar with the inner workings of the company! Seems like no one ever gets a promotion!

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Allow your employees to work without the constant visits and check-ins, respond to communications from your employees quicker and more frequently
