I have been working at DNN full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Management hires selectively, but democratically. Management genuinely cares about the success and professional development of employees. Office culture is constantly transforming, but at the moment, vibes are friendly and relaxed, with an edge of competitiveness. Trending towards healthier snacks, as well. Work-life balance is strong if you have the will-power to take advantage of your afternoons/evenings. Pay is...

    Cons

Ain't no one livin' in San Mateo, lemme tell you that. Commute from the city isn't too bad, if you're in sync with the sales team. Past snacking options tended to be sugar-laiden, teeth-destroyers, but that's changing. Soda is still a worrisome epidemic.

    Advice to Management

If you want to fill the sales team with the best, young talent open a satellite office in San Francisco. Biking to work would be the dream of all dreams. A monthly gym reimbursement would be stellar, as would a monthly book allowance. Encouraging an active and engaged work-life balance would be a huge pro that would be easily instituted.

I have been working at DNN full-time for less than a year

    Pros

People have great personalities, and they get along very well. Good camaraderie inside of the office.

    Cons

Management is clear about setting expectations: Quota is not being met. This will remain the case when you work there. Cavalier attitude in the office - Foam darts being thrown around, nobody serious about talking to customers. Sincere lack of technical aptitude - if you want to be technical, this isn't the place to do it. Go somewhere else. Finally, to be clear, when there's a storm and you're a couple minutes...

I worked at DNN for more than 3 years

    Pros

Langley office with Shaun was allot of fun with a great team and a great vibe, until the "Management" visited from California. They sucked the life out of the office and the company.

    Cons

Typical silicon valley mismanagement with their lack of ability to execute. Joe Brinkman is a "Technical Fellow"? What is that? I mean, come on. How is Navin still CEO?! Impeach!

    Advice to Management

    Fire yourself.
