    Pros

Great people and ambiance at work. Several opportunities to learn and grow. Opportunities to travel and move from one department to another.

    Cons

Salary probably not as much. Big focus on profit profit profit..new employee orientation needs work. Relatively small companies so you ended up working with the same people, which can be cumbersome.

    Advice to Management

Should have a standard training for new employees. Mix upper management to be more diverse. Expat people both ways..not just one way.

    Advice to Management

Put US natives in charge of US operations, and let them leverage the entrepreneurial opportunities and large market here.
