    Advice to Management

Please try to give more value to your senior employee. Good artist are leaving the studio because they are not getting enough response.

    Pros

Projects are good, You can work on plenty of international animation projects.
Working for a big name corporation may look impressive on your resume but you'll pay dearly for it if you stay for the long haul.

    Cons

Supervisors should learn how to behave properly to artists. We are not slaves
    More Political place and egos.
Bad HR department, Hiring process is not good.
Production Managers need to learn how to schedule the deadlines.
Salary hikes are not upto industry standards.
No career path, very few opportunities for advancement

    Advice to Management

Talk to your artists, find out what would they like to do and give them some ideas too.Diversify staff, acknowledge contributions of all employees, and ease up on the cronyism and nepotism.

    Pros

A good reason of working here is that you'll get first hand experience of huge international projects and good understanding of how the production pipeline works. The seniors are very supportive and will teach a lot of things.

    Cons

Mostly the new employees are hired on contract basis. So job security is an issue and the contract employees don't get any employee benefits like paid leaves or medical claims.
