I worked at DRE Medical (More than 5 years)

    Pros

This is a price-driven, sales-first organization. Their success comes in their ability to market themselves, and offering lowest cost. Although competitive, this is team-oriented environment.

    Cons

If the competitiveness and ability to sell is not in your DNA, this may not be the ideal situation for you. The service team is solid, but the products are not. DRE is much like the Walmart of the medical equipment world. The products are not the highest quality, but they come at a cheaper cost.

    Advice to Management

Develop tiers for the product lines, based on quality - high to low. Also, put more focus on customer retention. Repeat sales.
