I worked at DS Services of America full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Not many pros. Front line guys are great for the most part.

    Cons

Try to run business with as few people as possible causing extremely long hours. Advice to Management

Take a look at area managers and local management. Ask their people how they are to work for.

    Cons

Start work at 6am get home at 7pm (on most day's) with no overtime. Only administrative employees should be getting salary, if you work driving a truck everyday you should be paid hourly and overtime. Only office workers should get salary. The company is making a huge profit,...

    Advice to Management

Look into the labor laws regarding salary. Care about your employees home life. I used to love this company, but now I see they only care about themselves rather than their employees. We are going to start losing customers due to shortage of staff and customers not able to get served.
