    Great co-workers, convenient location, great place to learn new things

    Cons

    pay doesn't match the industry - most places doing the same thing are paying 10-20% more.

    Advice to Management

    Do more to your employees to make them feel appreciated instead of taking away things from them.

    Pros

    Relatively nice center in Lakeland, rec center included.

    Cons

    Highly priced health care, other benefits leaving things to be desired. Very limited room for growth with very low pay ensures quite a high turnover rate, even for a call center.

    Advice to Management

    Raise wages, relax productivity standards by a few margins to ensure quality of work.

    You will never be the premier employer of Lakeland as long as you operate like a vendor center.

    Pros

    M-F with some overtime offered. Decent pay.

    Cons

    No process whatsoever. Management and leadership as a whole is lacking, conniving, elitist. I’ve seen them build false cases against people just to get them to quit or have a “reason” to fire them. No value in their employees. HR is a joke.

    Advice to Management

    Take some training classes on how to actually manage.

    Staff is great and very helpful. There's always something exciting going on. They give you credit when it is due

    Cons

    The job is just so organized. You sit behind a desk just to get yelled at by customers and there's literally nothing you can actually do. They make you believe you can but in reality there nothing you can do for customers calling in

    Your truck is your office, Weekly pay, nice starting wage, paid to earn class B CDL, stress free environment (no accountability),

    Cons

    Piss-poor and disconnected management at every level, fleet is embarrassing, staffing, holiday delivery scheduling, everything related to current operating systems.

    Advice to Management

    Management needs to step their game up to the level of your expectations of others. NW Region is extremely unqualified. In fact, clueless is a more applicable term. This region currently has the equivalent of a substitute PE teacher in charge of your entire operation. It is an absolute joke.

    If you stay on top of things managers leave alone

    Handheld computers are garbage
