    Pros

    They pay in a timely fashion. Some routes really pay. Some don't. If you're the new guy, stay hourly.

    Cons

    They totally care more about stock holders than they do about employees or customers. They are reaction based. They let things get very bad until it is no longer cost effective. Then they make you jump through your you know what to fix it.

    Good pay Average medical Flexible Schedule Nice Offices & Location That's about it

    Cons

    Lack of communication among divisions & regions (Us vs. Them mentality) Minimal processes or SOPs across locations and no push to gain alignment quickly No accountability throughout the company; if you don't want to do something, you really don't have to - even if it's a key part of your job High-level decisions seem to be made in a vacuum, without consideration to downstream effects, long-term costs and loss of knowledge/talent Long-term planning is nearly non-existent; which causes wasteful spending to be astronomical and fire-fighting to be a major part of almost all positions COVID-19 lay-offs were poorly planned and executed

    It's a paycheck but not much of one.

    Low pay, lack of corporate strategy and no empathy for employees. Lacking leadership at the VP and above level. Terrible benefits.

    Decent hours for route delivery drivers

    Cons

    This corporation took over this little company and so far have eliminated all lower management positions dropped the pay of 20-30 year veterans of the company by tens of thousands per year and told them ‘well you can cover the driver’s vacations.’ Stereotypical corporate takeover- they will take everything they can. And the benefit package is not that good.
