    Pros

    Great group of professionals (employees)

    Cons

    Too much work for less pay. Too much office politics and management doesn't care about the workers. Owners buying up several other competing companies and adds to your work load but no pay increases.

    Advice to Management

    Respect the workers and show some appreciation for the hard work being performed by your loyal employees. Stop focusing on getting more out of the employees and start focusing on compensating the employees for the hard work being performed daily.

    Micromanagement, petty/messy supervisors. Favoritism

    Get rid of old management and replace with compentent team minded supervisor/managers. Increase salaeies

    Free coffee and tea. Nice building Plenty of paid time off.

    Cons

    Micromanaged and stressful. You are accounted for every second of the day.

    Advice to Management

    Correct the minor problems that keep occurring so they don't become major problems. Hire more agents to handle escalated calls.

    Lazy supervisors lack of communication

    Advice to Management

    Please train everyone to be on the same page. It’s already hard enough dealing with customers in an aggressive state. But when no one is on the same page it definitely does not make the job easier. Also hire supervisors that actually WANT to do their jobs. You cannot expect superb metrics, and reps have to chase down supervisors for assistance.

    Does not offer part time position, on the phone all day most positions

    Paid holidays off,vacation and sick time is good.

    Cons

    Under appreciated and underpaid. Does not appreciate tenured and knowledgeable employees. Not paid for the amount of work I do.

    Advice to Management

    Value the knowledgeable and tenured employees, stop promoting based on a fake smile and promote based on skill set. Employees who already do the job and do it well. Stop acquiring everyone and invest in the employees, building and vehicle's we already have. Pay your employees for the amount or type of work done.

    Pros

    - good coworkers - free tea/coffee of every variety - modern office space - high starting salaries

    Cons

    - negligible annual increases, if any - external hires preferred over internal promotions - hypercritical culture - clock-watching - constant deadlines/fire-fighting (often mgmt-imposed) - expensive benefits package - lack of schedule flexibility (you can work late but can't leave early)

    Advice to Management

    Teach your managers/executives to become leaders. Create initiatives to motivate employees and encourage collaboration. When asked how you plan to motivate employees don't answer that "motivation is up to each individual employee." Start acting like the billion-dollar company that you are and not as if you're about to go bankrupt, cutting benefits and freezing hiring every year.
