      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunity for advancement within the company. There is a lot of competition as a lot of people work here but if you work hard you can go far. If a job opens up most of the time they hire people who already work here.

      Cons

      Communication is pretty rough. Especially between the delivery drives and the call center.

        Pros

        Benefits are OK. Flexibility is good on the sales side.

        Cons

        Horrible pay - they lowball you. Everyone is replaceable so don’t get too comfortable. They are constantly changing the org chart which leads to leadership being full of people who are clueless and know very little. They are too concerned about new business compared to existing business... which is the reason why the longevity on an account is very short. They do not care about employee relationships. They are loosing...

        Advice to Management

        Come up with goals and stick to them for longer then a year. Stop changing management every few months. Correct all the service failures and equipment issues. Start focusing on your current customer relationships instead of only how to obtain new business. Respect your employees and stop treating them like they are just a number. Correct the 401k match that you decided to take away from all employees. Give sales back...

        Was good while it lasted

        Cons

        This company is going down. Two of the top three guys in the company just quit. Lakeland gave job offers to several people and now that class has been cancelled. This company is going out of business. Be careful.

        Consistent work and free beverages while on premises

        Cons

        Modern Day plantation from the production line to the office environment. Micro management environment, poor training and poor management. Special treatment for employees that brown nose supervisors. Lack of Leadership and Structure

          Pros

          This place is run by clowns. They aquire companies and lose their business almost immediately. They don't get customer service at all. They are greedy and don't care about the people who work for them or their customers. This is why I left not too long ago. Karma will always get ya...here it comes Tom Harrington, CEO-DS Services you chump.

          Idiot upper management giving idiot management demands on how to run this business. They get rid of anyone who knows anything about the business or they leave because this place sucks. So all that is left are idiot wannabes. You guys will lose business daily forever, because that's who you are. Losers.

          Advice to Management

          Get rid of yourselves or hire someone to do your job. None of you are worth a crap...you know it, I know it and everyone else knows it. Now beat it!

          Front line service providers really care about their customers and want to do a good job for them.

          Cons

          Executives are out of touch with customers and employees. They manage by fear and do not provide the necessary tools to their associates to be successful
