    I have been working at DST Output

    Pros

    The staff, overall, is filled with wonderful people who are pleasant to work with

    Cons

    Minimal compensation, being on call around the clock, and zero opportunities for advancement.

    Advice to Management

    If you want your people to excell, you should motivate and support them to do so.

    Pros

    Leaving the company, best thing I ever did!

    Cons

    A toxic environment with a management who are utterly incapable to run a business. A ‘suffer’ mentality, non recognition of staff and accomplishments or any appreciation of hard work. “You chose to work extra hours,” is the motto when you were guilted into working back. Favouritism, Nepotism, Elitist, Racist you name it. Appalling treatment of foreign female workers who are joked about and subjected to sexist and vile...
