I worked at DST Output full-time for less than a year
None, I walked out after just one day! Perhaps the large car park? Quitting and not going back the next day was a relief.
What was agreed in the interview was not what was on offer when I started work. HR forgot to put start time in the 'starters pack' along with various other contractual documentation. I was viewed negatively for turning up at 9am. Contract said 9am to 5:30pm. They failed to inform me to start at 10am on the first day. It was frowned upon for turning up at 8:50am. My team leader made a derogatory comment about female employees to me on my first day. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable environment. Dirty offices, filthy desks and an outdated, proprietary technology stack. Definitely avoid!Continue readingDST Output2016-10-05
