    The work place is incredibly friendly and everyone in general is very hard working.

    Pros

    Not too busy. Almost no overtime at all.

    Cons

    Low pay and have to pay insurance for the family member, no coverage at all.

    Pros

    The working time is flexible, I used to arrive at work around 10:30am.
    There is no work pressure, I could my own estimates on the projects.

    Cons

    The company is lacking of fairness.
    The salary and compensation are rather low.
    No chance to be promoted.
    Not a good place to learn something.

    Advice to Management

    Should treat employees in the same way.
    Improve salary and compensations, at least award employees at the end of year.

    I have been working at DT Research full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Easy place to work, no micro management

    Cons

    Sales team is spread out, works against each other, Has Salesforce.com but doesnt use it. no direction for the sales team.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of the moss growing on the sales team!
