      No opinion of CEO

I have been working at DTiQ full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

Great place to get some experience in IT starting off. You'll be exposed to a variety of things. New executive staff shows promise for the direction of the company.

      Cons

Much of the senior staff doesn't seem to adapt. Stuck in the ways of the old. Also behind in technology.

      Advice to Management

Invest more time in the improvement of your agents. Some will coast by and do the same thing that they've been doing for years. Others surpass those same people that never improve in a matter of months .

        Advice to Management

It's a tech company, so regardless of how much they need salespeople to push the product, listening to the people in IT as a business that sells technology is probably a good idea.

Can’t really think of any... just don’t do it — unless your mortgage depends on it, you’re about get evicted, or the alternative is to sell a kidney. If none of those things are happening, then just keep looking, trust me, it’s better than wasting your time in this place.

        Cons

Because of my role, I was present at various levels of the organization, from technical support and outbound sales, to regional managers and directors. The level of verbal abuse I witnessed coming from management is staggering. Weekly sales conference calls would often be used to ridicule and embarrass underperforming sales personnel. Funny thing is, almost everyone is underperforming at all times. During onboarding...

A place to get a small paycheck while you look for a real company to work for.

        Cons

Finances are failing and sales are extremely low. Management has no direction because they are too busy trying to save their jobs by throwing everyone else under the bus. No leadership. They pay their employees based off pay scales from 2009, so if you like getting underpaid and living paycheck to paycheck you should apply here. Benefits are horrible too. You can wear shorts and flip-flops to work but you can't afford...

        Advice to Management

If they listened to advice maybe this company would actually make a profit instead of constantly firing a bunch of people to make ends meet.

I have been working at DTiQ full-time for more than 2 years

        Pros

There is a whole new leadership team in place to bring DTT to the next level. The acquisitions made in the last year put DTT is a good situation product wise. The company is shifting from the old ways it did business to a new model that will allow for continued growth and success.

        Cons

There are some legacy ways of doing business that still need to be fixed. Merging the 3 brands into 1 and creating a new identity still has to happen.

        Advice to Management

Continue to be transparent and upfront about the company direction. Make it a priority to create a corporate culture where everyone loves to come to work.
