    under management is great to work with.

    owner care about himself not employees. Talks down to you
    After Leaving I found out the company has a bad rep in the industry.
    no Vacation time given. Accrue time up to one week. Even if you have been there for over 10 years.

    Engage with your employees rather than your HR department. If you don't demonstrate some compassion, and take actions - your words are empty.

    - Large technical diversity
    - Pretty down to earth people
    - Opportunity for client change and project change
    - Appreciate old and new skillsets

    - Lot's of politics especially from ones not doing much
    - Plenty of people kick'n back, whist you work like a dog
    - Engineered failures
    - On your own a lot of the time
    - Blame games / relentless shifted blames

    - Spend money on company software, not Porches
    - Assess direct lines of reporting, to monitor their performance
