I worked at DXC Technology full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

When the company was EDS, great culture and the company treated employees with respect.

    Cons

Over the years as EDS became HP, then HPE and then DXC Technology, employee treatment became much worse. Always the constant threat of being replaced by offshore resources and very little to no salary growth. Over the years, as EDS became HP, then HPE, then DXC Technology, this company destroyed itself from within. From contacts still on the inside, the most recent CEO seems to have improved employee moral, but having been so low, anything would would probably be perceived as a vast improvement.

Continuous drain of clients. Easy audit target. No salary raises nor bonuses in many years. Cut whole parts of business without any regard to the quality of the people that they separate. Their bottom line is the bottom line.
