    I worked at DYNASOFT SYNERGY (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with Management and HR Department. Worked for almost half a year and never had any issues. Provides Dental, health, and vision insurance. Special thanks to Varuna, Swetha, and Jasmine for their efforts.

    Cons

    Although 2-3 days wait time is not a big issue but it would be great if paycheck processing time could be further reduced to help plan bills.

    Advice to Management

    Timecard submission through online method would be of great benefit and convenient to all parties.

    Complement garbage absolutely nothing positive ...I have seen them do so much fraud that I have decided to be an advocate for others like me who have suffered

    Cons

    Just like other IT Body shopping companies with centers in India

    In the name of IT these companies are ruining this great Nation

    No Pron's to say about it

    Cons

    worst HR Management
    Compensation is equal to domino's pizza delivery boy
    Work culture is better than departmental store
    Compulsory 12 hours work per day , no personal life
    Obviously , you get divorced voluntarily if you continue working there after marriage.
    Their Motto : forget your personal life
    Employees generally treated as slaves
    HR policy Sucks
    Technology - they doesn't know the meaning of it !!

    Advice to Management

    First try running a company , if it is suppose successful then try running a IT Company
