    Pay equivalent to market value, casual workplace culture

    Cons

    Little to no actual training in job functions, a lot of focus on 'creating your own job' which leads to confusion or the company taking advantage of unclearly defined roles, upper management isn't aware of the needs of people on the ground and doesn't listen when told what is needed

    Pros

    Coworkers were great. A fun working environment was valued as apart of the job description. Great physicians and support staff was always very nice. Flexible work schedule.

    Cons

    No room for growth. Limited positions, therefore work load was heavy. Department may not last long with the recent selling of the company to a new owner. Lack of support, getting an answer or guidance on anything was like pulling teeth.
