I worked at DaVita Clinical Research full-time

    Pros

    Co-workers and warm environment.

    Cons

Senior management was awful and lacked communication. Bonuses were not worth all the effort that was put into the work and half the time they were not doable.

I worked at DaVita Clinical Research full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Coworkers were great. A fun working environment was valued as apart of the job description. Great physicians and support staff was always very nice. Flexible work schedule.

    Cons

No room for growth. Limited positions, therefore work load was heavy. Department may not last long with the recent selling of the company to a new owner. Lack of support, getting an answer or guidance on anything was like pulling teeth.

I have been working at DaVita Clinical Research full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lots of flexibility with PTO, sometimes working from home. Employees are respected by teammates and managers and it's generally a very positive environment.

    Cons

Lack of opportunities for growth, raises and salaries do not compare with industry competitors, a general feeling of "good enough" rather than "let's strive to be the best"

I have been working at DaVita Clinical Research full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Enjoyable culture, dynamic work environment, lots of growth and opportunity. Business is either boom or bust-some months you work hard while others are very laid back.

    Cons

Many higher paying positions require advance medical licensure.
