      Hard Job

      Pros

There is plenty of overtime after training. Which is helpful

      Cons

Long hrs 16 hr days. Crappy training and insurance isn't good either. Don't believe the hype that they are villiage. One tech to 6 patients. They care more about DPC (direct patient care) than patients. Over worked and there is many 15 an hr jobs. That aren't as stressful , In my opinion 15 an hr isn't worth the stress of killing someone if the job isn't done right.

      Pros

The staff is the only reason I have continued to work there for over 2 years. They’re pretty good about time off as well. The training process is manageable. They offer programs which pay for nursing school if you sign a contract. 2-4 years of schooling then a 3 year contract.

      Cons

Patients continue to be verbally abusive to staff, constantly sexually harass staff and management does nothing. Can’t keep an FA or other staff. They don’t pay nearly enough considering techs here do more than any other dialysis center.
