I have been working at DaVita full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Davita is not just a big company, they care about their employees. Davita has a generous PTO and employee benefits program. They truly believe in their core values of Fulfillment, Fun, Excellence, Team, Continuous Improvement and Integrity from the top down. They support their "team mates", employees in encouraging a balanced and fulfilling life by realizing each is an individual and the job is not the whole person. I am impressed with the integrity of this company.

    Cons

I would rather have the option of getting our bonus in cash or putting it in a 401K next year
