Pros
Some nice clinical people working there. They care about patients and want to do what’s best for the patient. I love working with the clinical teams. They are diverse, they’re caring and they work hard.
Cons
1. Many non clinical teammates are not appreciated especially if you don’t fit the mold. 2. A ton of favoritism - you must fit the mold, MBA from big school, generic, lack of diversity, ageism. 3. Hard work, strong work ethic, core values are becoming irrelevant - just fit the mold.

It's a solid company that will take care of you. They have core values and leadership form the top down works hard to instill those core values into the entire village. Oh, did I mention that we're a Village? It's a true village mentality, unlike anything I've seen in a company before.
Cons
No company is perfect, but Davita is working every day to continually improve it's processes for the better and I couldn't ask for more than that!

There are no pros. Davita is by far the worse company to Work for and patients are leaving daily to go to Fresenius
