    Pros

Paid Overtime (time and a half) during pipeline inspections, Work is easy to understand in theory and easy to put into practice, very stress free environment, most of the employees are recent graduates, a lot of field work so you don't sit at a desk most of the time

    Cons

It doesn't appear to have a realistic career path growth opportunity, someone on their first day will be doing the same work as someone who has been there for 5 years. It is openly acknowledged that this is a launching point and most employees don't stay for more than a few years. Vacation is earned on a monthly basis, so you wont be able to take a legit vacation for about your first year of work.

    Advice to Management

You guys are doing great. More vacation days would be nice!

Many tasks are more qualified for a skilled laborer than an engineer

    Advice to Management

Offer more vacation days per year
