    Close supervision and care amongst attorneys and other employees.

    Cons

    minimum organizational structure due to the small pool of attorneys in the office.

    Pros

    Good exposure to international law practice and participate in international transaction projects.

    Cons

    Salary not commensurate with experience and responsibilities. Some bosses are really mean. Even if you are good at something, they always tell you that you are not good enough and ask you do more.

    Considerable autonomy, excellent training, worldwide travel

    Cons

    very large global firm. If you only want to work in a small oir medium size firm, may not be to your liking.

    This firm is a great platform for the new graduates to start career. The lawyers here have many opportunities to work on many important cases and learn from great professionals. There are many training programs and internal activities as well.

    Pros

    Good environment and colleagues are friendly. The firm has big clients, even interns works on interesting cases and are proactively stimulated and involved in contract drafting and meetings.

    Cons

    Big decisions are taken far away, in China, long hours compared with other firms...salary is on the average of other big firms.
