    Pros

Systems are well developed. Job security. Management is good and progressive. As the company is there and running very efficiently for the last 15 years the growth has become stagnant thus gives a good opportunity to employees to work and learn.

    Cons

The upper management is not very experienced and easily moved into any decision. Long office timings, Saturdays are working thus creating a bad job-life balance.

    Advice to Management

    improve decision making processes.
