Advice to Management

You have to align incentives. If you want short-term profitability above all else, start sharing some equity so employees have a reason to care. Otherwise the divergence will continue: people want a robust, engaging company in which they can thrive and grow, while you seemingly just want to put some "lipstick on a pig" so you can cash out

The company is very dynamic and you have a lot of freedom to express your own ideas.

The salaries are not very competitive, at least at the time I was working there.

The atmosphere is nice, the coworkers were also relaxed and open. Some of them have a high work attitude and are really committed to their jobs

HR was somewhat unfriendly, the whole process seems inefficient and the accounting is often done manually due to lacking excel skills. Moreover, there was also some talking behind backs

Pros

A few good and competent workers, underestimated by goofy CEOs and managers. Even being a hell of a place to work you can find some good people to hang out and exchange some good professional experiences.

Cons

Like most of Rocket's companies, everything there is pure evil! If you're really a competent professional, you won't stay at Dafiti more than 2 or 3 months. The CEOs are pathetic and they don't know what they're doing at all. They'd rather burn money with useless furniture, decor stuff, incompetent foreign managers (mainly the portuguese ones) than to value the good hard-working people. Working at Dafiti is like... being in a lost ship, with a bunch of morons in command, leading you to nowhere but to oppression and lack of recognition of your work. The only way up is being intimate friends with CEOs or superior managers, but you'll have to have a really strong stomach for that. Health insurance and dental are jokes, as well as salaries way too low the average. I would not recommend this place to work, even for my worst enemy.

Do a favor to humankind and kill yourselves immediately.
