I worked at Daifuku full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Starting pay is decent for technical services.

    Cons

Moving up can be challenging if a senior member decides to take your job (if they have nothing else going on). Company culture is extremely rude from their Ohio office to extremely un-politically correct and profane people in technical services in IndianaKentucky and Texas. You have to pay out of pocket for hotels and food before being reimbursed but also have to stay at a hotel that charges over $100 a night for security...

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Daifuku full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Small company where everyone works well together

    Cons

The eFA division is completely ran by the customers and employees get zero support from the management team.

    Advice to Management

Get a backbone, get a broader range of customers, stop letting your business be ran and managed by your customers.

I worked at Daifuku full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Pay and benefits aren't bad, although they keep taking away "extras".

    Cons

Management is poor. They've started hiring unskilled people for positions that require specific skills and want to pay accordingly. Raises are awful.

    Advice to Management

Listen to people with experience. The work environment and morale are definitely going downhill.
